Dr. Jochen Hurlebaus, MBA - President and Owner
Jochen is a seasoned healthcare innovator with 25 years of experience driving transformation in Diagnostics, Pharma and Clinical Practice through digital and AI. Over his 23-year career at Roche, he shaped the company's innovation strategy and launched Startup Creasphere, accelerating nearly 100 startups globally. Today, through SkyMedAI and through his own company Aluna Healthcare Consulting GmbH, Jochen advises senior leaders, investors and startups on healthcare innovation, while mentoring and investing in impactful ventures.
